Why I Teach Yoga for Pregnancy

It is very easy for me to explain the reason that I teach Pregnancy Yoga Classes...Having had two children very recently, I would not have had such a positive and supported experience without the tools and benefits that yoga for pregnancy provides. Whilst during pregnancy a woman is at her strongest and most powerfully feminine "the physical embodiment of creation", it is sometimes hard to remember this when your hormones are creating havoc and your ankles are swelling exponentially! Yoga give support, comfort, strength and a release when you need it most!
