Since starting my practice of Yoga nearly 15 years ago it has developed from a weekly class to stay in shape to much much more. I have studied Hatha Yoga, Viniyoga of Yoga, Astanga Yoga, Sukshma Yoga, Qi Yoga and a variety of other individual interpretations with a number of Yoga teachers. All these different types are just different methods of travelling on a journey, each has unique benefits, but they all use Physical work in Asanas, combined with breathing techniques or Pranayama and other more meditative exercises. If you are practicing Yoga for the first time or after a long time you can always take from it as little or as much as you want and to whatever level you look there are always gains to be made. Healthy bodies create healthy minds.
Yoga balances me in my body and mind, providing a way to deal with life's constant fluctuations with calmness and contentment...to put it in the simplest form YOGA MAKES YOU FEEL BETTER! and that is the reason I wanted to teach; to share this with other people.
